David Harris is founder of UK based Acorns-2-Oaks (A2O). He has
designed an innovative training programme that allows people to learn
from the consummate skills of the horse. By combining his NLP,
Coaching and Natural Horsemanship knowledge he has created the “Equine
Guided Leadership Development” suite of programmes. These exciting
experiential personal development programmes enable participants to
work with the horses to achieve amazing and lasting results. The
primary focus is on understanding / developing who we are and the
elements that define this, namely our motivations, values and beliefs.

Following an internationally recognised and proven technique known as
Equine Assisted Learning, our experienced facilitators guide you
through a series of specially designed, non–ridden activities with

This method is distinct in its ability to get very quickly to the core
of personal strengths and weaknesses. We learn a lot about ourselves
by trying to accomplish tasks with horses; without the benefit of
language, pretence or authority. We're required to do some real
out-of-the-box thinking as we focus on moving the horse – a metaphor
for any challenge or obstacle.

Jesvir Mahil, the Director of University
for Life, is an educator & executive leadership coach with over 20 years
experience in the field of education, teaching international students in
London, Spain, Italy and the USA.
For the past 20 years, she has been based in London where she currently
works as a lecturer at one of its largest further education colleges,
Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College. Here, she teaches 16-19 year
olds to complete the BTEC National Diplomas in Business Studies in
preparation for progression onto University Degree courses.
Previously, Jesvir trained managers at the BBC and Brent Council to
complete the Level 4, CIM accredited Diploma in Management Studies. She
was involved, as a Business Coach, coaching women to start and establish
their own businesses, as part of a government funded project called Her
Business, to stimulate regeneration in Newham, East London. She has also
worked with the Centre for Excellence in Leadership and executives at the
Greenwich Community College to develop leadership skills in Education. In
addition, she has been training highly educated, international
professionals and business people, in both real and virtual, online

not learn the basics. You will get to know the HorseDream approach
in working with corporate clients and horses.
This approach has developed interest
of companies, leaders, trainers and coaches over the previous 15
years in Europe. We started to take it global with the
EAHAE conference
2007. Today there are over 90 licensed HorseDream partners worldwide.

This is a
business approach. We provide seminars and team trainings for corporates only. We do not work with children, disabled, or traumatized
clients. However, if you are qualified to do so, you may of course adapt
our approach, if you wish.
We work
with the Integral Model as a background theory. Thus, it would be
helpful for you to be familiar with books such as "The Integral Vision"
(Ken Wilber) or "Conscious Business" (Fred Kofman).
When you have attended
these four workshops and joined the EAHAE you‘ll get the HorseDream
Partner License. Only then you are allowed to use the phrase “Licensed
HorseDream Partner” on your website, in your brochures, and on your
business papers.
Workshop
1 "Distance and Nearness" is about working with clients in
the so called picadero. This work is based on what Klaus Ferdinand
Hempfling has written in his book “Dancing with Horses”, which was
published in Germany (“Mit Pferden tanzen”) in 1993. This book is highly
recommended especially for the first and for the second workshops.

2 "Leadership Exercises" is about working with clients in
various hands-on exercises. Leading a horse is a process. We will learn
how to trust the horse’s responses to our leadership approach.

3 "Reaching Goals, Overcoming Obstacles" is about working
with individual clients, groups, or teams. Reaching a goal is a process,
overcoming obstacles is a process. We will learn how to trust the horse’s
responses to our goals and to our obstacles and how to trust the process.
A goal is one thing, a personal vision is another, and a shared vision is
a third. We will also work on our personal and our shared visions.
Workshop
4 "Integral HorseMapping" is about working with individual
clients, groups, and teams in personal, structural, and organizational
constellations. We will learn how to use the help of horses in a
constellation process and we’ll take the first steps toward the Integral
Approach of Ken Wilber, Fred Kofman, Don Beck, Peter Senge and others.
